You do not need to know the equipment or the exercises. Bring your questions. We will help you find a starting point.

A clear answer
Contact the studio with your experience, goals, and any movement concerns. We can help you choose individual instruction or an appropriate group class. A private session provides time to learn the equipment and receive feedback at your own pace.
If you are new to Pilates apparatus, a private session gives you individual time with an instructor. You can ask questions, learn how the equipment works, and become familiar with the vocabulary without keeping pace with a group.
If you have practiced before, tell us what kind of Pilates you know. Experience on a reformer does not always mean familiarity with a tower or chair. We can help you select a class that matches your experience and current goals.
If you have pain, an injury, osteoporosis, or recent surgery, speak with your healthcare provider about exercise guidance and let the studio know before booking. That conversation helps us understand whether the session format is appropriate.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and helps your instructor see your alignment. Ask the studio about any footwear or grip-sock requirements for your booking.
Bring questions about the movements you find difficult and the activities you want to return to or enjoy more. Let your instructor know about relevant restrictions from your healthcare team. Detailed medical information is best discussed directly rather than placed in a general inquiry.
The studio is at 10135 Colvin Run Road, Suite 100, inside Great Falls Movement Center. Check your booking confirmation for session-specific arrival instructions.

Your instructor will introduce the apparatus you are using, explain how to position yourself, and guide you through movements appropriate to the session. The work may feel unfamiliar; that is part of learning.
Expect feedback about setup, breath, control, and transitions. Tell your instructor if an instruction is unclear or a movement is uncomfortable. A useful first visit leaves you with a better understanding of the method and a clear next step.
Afterward, talk about the format and frequency that fit your schedule. A practice you can attend regularly is easier to build on than an ambitious plan you cannot sustain.

No. Prior flexibility is not an entry requirement. Tell us about your starting point so instruction can reflect your experience and range of movement.
No. The studio’s Advanced Classical Reformer class is intended for experienced practitioners comfortable with the sequence and transitions. Ask for guidance before joining.
Current booking options are in the studio’s scheduling system. Contact the studio if you need help comparing an instructor session, an owner session, and group classes.
