A clear answer
Ashley Rose, PA-C, MPH, founded Great Falls Pilates. A Great Falls native and former spine-specialized Physician Assistant, she brings a background in dance, clinical care, and comprehensive classical Pilates to her teaching.
Ashley grew up in Great Falls and first encountered Pilates through ballet. She studied at the University of Utah, where she initially majored in Ballet, before hip problems and reconstructive surgery changed the direction of her career.
She later earned Physician Assistant and Master of Public Health degrees through George Washington University. At VSI, formerly Virginia Spine Institute, she completed spine-focused training and worked alongside spine surgeons, pain-management physicians, physical therapists, and other care professionals.
Pilates connected those experiences: a dancer’s understanding of movement, a personal history of injury, and a clinical perspective on the spine. She founded Great Falls Pilates to bring that combination into a local movement practice.
Her training includes comprehensive Peak Pilates certification, Kathy Grant Heritage training, clinical BoneFit® instruction, and additional study in postpartum corrective exercise and movement science.

Natalie is a comprehensive Peak Pilates® instructor with additional specialty training in osteoporosis. She enjoys introducing beginners to the foundations and challenging experienced clients as their practice develops.
Her own Pilates experience spans pregnancy, postpartum, and family life. That personal connection shapes a teaching approach focused on helping clients feel supported while they learn.

Jessica began Pilates as a teenager and went on to make teaching her career. Her published background includes Romana comprehensive certification, experience as a Peak Pilates® Master Instructor, and mentoring new teachers.
Her additional training includes osteoporosis and prenatal instruction. She describes a particular interest in working with prenatal clients and people returning to movement after injury. Check the studio schedule for current teaching availability.

Great Falls Pilates is located inside Great Falls Movement Center, alongside a wider community of restorative wellness and physical therapy services.
These sister practices share a local setting while offering different kinds of support. The right next step may be Pilates instruction, a wellness service, or a conversation with a healthcare professional.
