Studio Policies

We appreciate your respect for our studio policies.

• Registration is required with updated Health History.

• All Pilates sessions are 50 minutes in length.

• Reservations are required for all classes. 

• 24-Hour cancellation policy for all sessions and classes.* 

• Excessive cancellations may result in losing the ability to schedule more than 24 hours in advance. 

• Great Falls Pilates is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal property. 

• Payment is only by check or credit card. We do not keep cash in the studio. 

• Instructors are subject to change if subs are required. No refunds will be given due to such changes.

No credits or refunds are given for paid services. 

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

All sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for your full session unless we are able to book another client as a result of your cancellation. Your session can be converted to virtual as well at your booked rate. An active credit card is required to hold your class or private session reservation.
