Class Descriptions
Level 1 Reformer
A foundational class designed to build core strength, body awareness, and confidence on the Reformer. Ideal for beginners, those refining technique, and clients managing chronic injuries. It’s very common for clients to stay at Level 1 for a long time as they deepen their understanding of the work.
Level 2 Reformer
For experienced movers ready to deepen their practice. This class includes more flow, overhead work, and classical progressions. Clients should know their own modifications and be comfortable moving at a moderate pace.
Level 3 Reformer
An advanced, fast-paced classical sequence emphasizing precision, transitions, and full repertoire mastery. Best suited for seasoned practitioners comfortable with the complete order.
Senior Reformer
Geared toward our 65+ clients, this class follows a similar pace to Level 1 but allows more time for transitions and focuses on standing work, balance, and functional movements like squats and wall exercises. A supportive environment to build strength and confidence at any age.
Tower (All Levels)
A classical Pilates mat and tower workout using springs, bars, and props to enhance strength, flexibility, and control. Suitable for all levels.
Intermediate Tower
A flowing tower and mat class for clients familiar with foundational work and ready to explore more challenging exercises and transitions. Expect a mix of classical sequences and thoughtful progressions using springs and props.
Restorative Reformer
A slower, stretch-focused class designed to restore balance, release tension, and calm the nervous system. Gentle flows and mindful movement make this the perfect way to ease into the weekend.
