Group Classes

Our group classes are rooted in the classical Pilates method, with deliberate attention to form, safety, and intelligent progression. This is not a fast-paced, mega-reformer workout model. Each class is thoughtfully programmed to honor the integrity of the method while supporting long-term strength and spinal health.

Showing up at least once per week allows your body to develop strength, coordination, and confidence in the work. While every class delivers a comprehensive full-body experience, consistency is what produces meaningful and lasting results.

We are not membership-based. Instead, we encourage steady weekly attendance so clients can build and maintain a strong foundation in their practice. Our instructors bring years of teaching experience and advanced post-graduate training, allowing us to provide individualized feedback even within a small group setting.

A drop in is $50; a once a week recurring class is $45; and a pick-and-choose 8 pack is $380.

Owner Sessions

Private sessions with Ashley are highly individualized and clinically informed. As a Physician Assistant with a graduate medical degree, post-graduate spine fellowship training, and advanced specialization in Pilates and movement science, she brings a depth of orthopedic knowledge that is uncommon in the Pilates industry.

These sessions are appropriate for clients navigating spine conditions, complex orthopedic diagnoses, post-surgical recovery, osteoporosis, or those seeking a refined, highly precise approach to movement. Ashley has a trained clinical eye for compensation patterns, joint mechanics, and healing progression, allowing her to safely bridge medical understanding with classical Pilates methodology.

Private sessions are $150 per hour and are designed for clients who value individualized programming, advanced clinical insight, and focused progression.

GFP Instructor Sessions

Our teaching team is comprehensively trained and grounded in the full classical system — not just reformer-based programming. Collectively, our instructors bring decades of teaching experience and a strong foundation in anatomy, progression, and movement mechanics.

We are well-versed in working with common orthopedic injuries, post-rehabilitation clients, and both pre- and post-natal populations. Each instructor is committed to delivering precise cueing, individualized attention within a small group setting, and thoughtful progression rooted in the integrity of the method.

At Great Falls Pilates, you are not simply taking pilates — you are working with trained professionals who understand the body and prioritize safe, intelligent movement. Come experience our difference. Pricing is $115 per session.

Class Descriptions

Pilates Reformer
A classical full-body equipment class designed to build core integration, spinal strength, and refined movement control. Using spring resistance and structured sequencing, we emphasize precision, alignment, and intelligent progression while delivering a balanced combination of strengthening and mobility work. Welcoming to new clients without injuries; prior Pilates experience and familiarity with foundational exercises is recommended.

Advanced Classical Reformer
An advanced, fast-paced classical sequence for seasoned practitioners comfortable with the full order and complex transitions. This class emphasizes precision, flow, and mastery of the repertoire, requiring strong body awareness and control. Instructor approval is recommended to ensure safe and effective participation.

Senior Reformer or Tower
Geared toward our 65+ clients, this class follows a slightly slower pace with more time for transitions and focuses on standing work, balance, and functional movements like squats and wall exercises. This is a supportive environment to build strength and confidence at any age. We provide modifications and alternatives for some classical work that is often unavailable with injuries or aging. We use osteoporosis safe movement protocols.

Tower
A classical Pilates mat and tower workout using springs, bars, and props to enhance strength, flexibility, and control. Suitable for all levels. Expect a mix of classical sequences and thoughtful progressions using springs and props.

Chair
A focused, strength-driven classical Pilates workout using the Wunda chair and MVE chairs. This class challenges core stability, hip strength, shoulder integration, and balance through both seated and standing work. We challenge balance and unilateral work; the design demands precision, control, and full-body coordination. Expect a dynamic, efficient session that builds functional strength and postural awareness.
